To apply for the latest positions at Fatima Jinnah Institute of Dental Sciences (FJDC)
Applicants, both male and female, holding domicile of the Punjab province, are eligible to apply. The appointments will be made on a contract basis under “The Contract Appointment Policy, 2004,” initially for a period of 03 years, with the possibility of extension subject to satisfactory performance.
Interested candidates must submit a complete application along with attested copies of all educational certificates (including Matric, Intermediate, Bachelor’s, etc.), domicile copy, valid CNIC, work experience certificates (if applicable), and two recent passport size photographs to the office of Project Director/Dean, Fatima Jinnah Institute of Dental Sciences, F block, Jubilee Town, Lahore.
For candidates with ‘O’ Level & ‘A’ Level qualifications, an equivalence certificate is required. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for the test and interview, and they must bring original documents at the time of the interview.
Age relaxation in the upper age limit will be granted as per the Government of Punjab’s policy, with 10 years for female candidates and 07 years for male candidates. Quotas will be observed in accordance with the Recruitment Policy, 2022.
Recruitment will be strictly based on merit, following “The Contract Appointment Policy, 2004/Recruitment Policy, 2022,” and guidelines issued by the Government of Punjab. Government employees should apply through their respective departments with a No Objection Certificate (NOC).
Incomplete applications or those received after the closing date will not be entertained. The authority reserves the right to cancel, increase, or decrease the number of posts without providing any reason. No TA/DA will be provided for test or interview appearances.
Applications addressed to the undersigned should be submitted during office hours at the office of the Project Director/Dean, Fatima Jinnah Institute of Dental Sciences, F block, Jubilee Town, Lahore, by the specified deadline of 06-03-2023.
Evaluation of candidates will be based on the selection criteria outlined in the Recruitment Policy, 2022 of the Government of Punjab. Additionally, Selection Committees may conduct written/practical tests to evaluate candidates’ capabilities and assign marks accordingly as part of the interview process.
