- MEDICAL DIRECTOR Responsibilities include overseeing clinical functions, patient management, quality control, assessment, and development of clinical programs. The Medical Director will also serve as a member of the Institutional Management Committee (MC), responsible for overall institutional performance, process optimization, and authorization of payments as per an authority matrix.
Qualification & Experience:
- Recognized Medical Degree
- Minimum seven (07) years of managerial/administrative experience in senior positions within a health institution or organization
- At least three (03) years of clinical experience in any specialty at a major teaching hospital
- HOSPITAL DIRECTOR Tasks involve overseeing non-clinical functions, HR, administration, maintenance, ancillary service development, communications, business planning, and hospital budgeting. The Hospital Director will also be a member of the MC.
Qualification & Experience:
- Recognized Master’s Degree in Hospital Management, Health Services Management, Business Management, Public Health, Public Administration, or relevant management field
- Medical degree holders must also possess an additional management degree and requisite professional experience
- Seven (07) years of senior management experience in a major teaching hospital, organization, or institution
- NURSING DIRECTOR Responsible for managing all nursing operations, including training, maintaining standards, and educational activities. The Nursing Director will also be a member of the MC.
Qualification & Experience:
- Nursing Qualification (RN)
- BScN Degree, preferably MSCN, with at least seven (07) years of administrative and teaching experience in a reputable healthcare facility
- Valid Nursing Council Registration
