• 16 years of formal education / 4 years of Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Education / Business Administration / Economics / Public Administration / Public Policy from a university/institution recognized by the HEC and 17 years of post-qualification relevant work experience in public or private sector, out of which at least 05 years should be in senior management positions.
